Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and describes services KDC Private Estate Management LLC may provide. It is not an offer or a guarantee of any particular service.

Submitting an inquiry, consultation request or property request through this website does not form a management agreement or any other contractual relationship with KDC Private Estate Management LLC.

The Private Estate Consultation & Walkthrough is $450, scheduled only after a request is accepted. Payment is due upon completion of the walkthrough. Zelle or check accepted. The consultation fee is credited toward commencement when an ongoing management agreement is established within 14 days of the walkthrough. Travel or unusual property requirements, if applicable, are confirmed prior to scheduling.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a scheduled walkthrough.

The website does not process payments. Payment instructions are provided privately by KDC. KDC will never request payment-card details through this website.

Services require a separate written agreement or written authorization. Repair work, materials, specialty trades and capital projects are separately authorized.

The scope of any engagement is defined by its agreement and will vary according to the property and the owner's requirements.

KDC maintains a limited portfolio. Availability is not guaranteed, and KDC may decline any request at its discretion.

KDC is not an emergency-service provider. If there is an immediate threat to life or property, contact the appropriate emergency service first.

Engineering, architectural, legal, insurance, accounting, construction and licensed specialty-trade services are not provided by KDC unless separately qualified and agreed; such work is contracted separately with appropriately qualified providers.
