Why KDC Exists
KDC was created around a simple gap in residential property care: significant residences often have many people working around them, but no single person maintaining a complete operational view.
The firm exists to provide that continuity: someone familiar with the residence, the vendors, the work underway and the owner's expectations.
The KDC Foundation
The standard began
inside the home.
Before private estate management became a dedicated service, the KDC name developed through hands-on residential renovation, finish carpentry and custom work across Westchester County and Greenwich.
Working inside occupied private residences established a particular operating standard: protect the property, communicate clearly, coordinate people carefully and leave matters resolved.
The KDC name has been shaped by family-operated residential work and a long-term view of reputation. KDC Private Estate Management carries that discipline into the ongoing stewardship of a residence.
