Capital work deserves
the same level of oversight.

Larger work is separately scoped and authorized. It is overseen by the same party who knows the residence, so decisions are made with the whole property in view.

Three ways KDC may be involved.

Coordinate

Coordinate approved designers, contractors, specialty vendors and consultants.

Owner Representation

Represent the owner during approved projects, helping maintain communication, site familiarity, documentation and follow-through.

Project Oversight

Provide separately authorized project oversight according to the agreed scope.

Construction and licensed trade work is contracted separately through appropriately qualified contractors or affiliated providers where applicable.

Why Construction Experience Matters

Capital work requires more than forwarding estimates.

Scope, sequencing, site protection, trade coordination, finish expectations and completion standards all influence the outcome.

KDC can represent ownership through the process while appropriately qualified contractors and licensed trades perform the required work.

Owner representation is distinct from estate management and from construction contracting; each engagement defines which role applies.
