The initial review is not a formal home inspection. It is a management-oriented assessment of the residence, its current operational needs, recurring concerns, vendor structure and level of ongoing stewardship required.
KDC's residential construction background allows the walkthrough to consider the physical property with a more informed perspective while remaining within the scope of estate-management services.

Payment is due upon completion of the walkthrough. Zelle or check accepted.
The consultation fee is credited toward commencement when an ongoing management agreement is established within 14 days of the walkthrough.
Travel or unusual property requirements, if applicable, are confirmed prior to scheduling.
