KDC Private Estate Management LLC ("KDC") respects the privacy of owners, clients and visitors. This policy describes the information this website collects and how it is used.

When you request a private consultation, we collect your name, email address, phone number, town, state and ZIP code, property characteristics, requested services, message, contact preferences and referral information. We do not request a precise street address through the initial public consultation form. This information is used to review and respond to your request.

Active management clients may sign in using a one-time link sent to their email address. We store the account email and session information needed to keep you signed in securely. Clients can see only the residences and requests associated with their own account.

Clients may attach photographs or documents to property requests. Files are kept in private storage, are not publicly accessible, and are viewed only by KDC and, where necessary, service providers addressing the request.

We use your email address to acknowledge requests, provide sign-in links and communicate about your inquiry or engagement. We do not send marketing email and do not sell or rent contact information.

The website does not process payments or collect payment-card details. Consultation fees are settled directly with KDC by Zelle or check.

Consultations and walkthroughs are scheduled directly with KDC. No third-party scheduling service is used on this website.

The website uses only the storage necessary to operate, such as keeping signed-in clients authenticated. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

KDC uses providers for website hosting, secure data storage, authentication and email delivery. These providers process information on KDC's behalf to operate the website.

Inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, administer an engagement or meet legal obligations.
